Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Returns
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on Ayurvedic products, supplements, groceries, and cosmetics once delivered.
- Returns will only be accepted if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
2. Refunds
- If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them by contacting us at info@pureindia.co.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
4. Damaged or Wrong Product
- Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures to info@pureindia.co.
- We will verify the issue and process replacement/refund accordingly.
