3. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Metro cities usually receive deliveries faster, while remote or rural areas may take longer.
  • During peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen events (such as strikes, lockdowns, or natural calamities), delivery may be delayed.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on orders above a certain value (as mentioned on the website).
  • For orders below this value, a standard shipping fee will be applied and shown at checkout.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking ID and courier details.
  • You can track your shipment status directly through the courier partner’s website or our tracking page.

6. Failed or Delayed Delivery

  • If delivery attempts fail due to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.
